A Crafty take on the classic gin cocktail - a Singapore Sling 

• Fill Boston shaker with ice

• Pour 25ml Hills & Harbour Gin over ice

• Pour 25ml Hills & Harbour Distilled Gin Cocktail 

• Add half Lime squeezed

• Pour 25ml Pineapple juice

• Shake and double strain in ice filled highball glass

• Dribble over 15ml of pomegranate and cherry simple syrup 

• Garnish with cherry and dried pineapple
